Versa 3 screen not showing anything

My Versa 3 is not showing anything on the screen, but it is updating the app accordingly, and it vibrates during usual times (phone calls, 10 min before the hour for hourly steps, etc.)  If I power it off and back on, I see the logo, then it disappears and the screen is blank.  Any help is appreciated.

Hi @Paruby - if when you put it on charge you see the charge status, try changing the clock face from the app.

 

In the Fitbit App you can click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for assistance.

I just realized I don't see the charge status.  I tried changing the clock and it shows its trying to change, but never completes....  🥺

@Paruby - is it possible it just needs charging, see details for cleaning and checking the charge cable in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

@Paruby  - how do you know it charges if nothing shows on the watch screen?

In the Fitbit App check when it last synced because if you check the battery status there it may be an old reading?

It syncs fine, it syncs in the app when I tell it to, and the battery amount changes as expected

@Paruby  - it seems there is a fault, does Fitbit support confirm that?

 

If it's under warranty take it back to the shop for replacement.
