Last week the face of my husbands Versa 3 popped right off the day before leaving for vacation so we didn’t get around to figuring out what to do about it. Today, while changing, my Fitbit face popped off. They are 1 year and 4 months old. So guess what? No warranty. If this is the lifespan of Fitbits perhaps that should be advertised. Clearly a hardware defect with both of them breaking within a week of each other. I’m pretty confident of the purchase date as I bought them for our Anniversary.
Also should mention, we went to Fitbit from Apple after my Apple Watch face popped off after 2 years (also a known defect for them).

OMG mine popped off last night too - I have no idea how it happened -
I've had mine just over a year too - this is my 3rd Fitbit in 4 years -
I can honestly say it is my last - not worth the money you pay for them.

Mine just popped off too. The watch was only 15 months old. Be warned.

It's bad enough that you have intermittent issues with the Versa brand such as problems with syncing, disconnecting Bluetooth, not sending notifications or not locating your phone when you are in the same room. But to have the screen suddenly pop off. I do not wear my Fitbit in water and do not understand why it came apart. This was my fourth Fitbit. I am going to try the tracker. If the tracker gives me issues within the year, Fitbit can kiss my business goodbye for good!

Yes I've had some of the other issues also - I've had the screen go all "snowy" a few times then have to go in & reset the clock face, I don't get notifications most of the time either unless it is synced at least once a day. As for mine coming apart - I never wear mine in the water either so I have no clue. I can honestly say that even though they did finally replace it, it will probably be my last Fitbit.
