Versa 3 screen that doesn’t show anything

After 5 months my versa 3 literally died. I had it replaced for a new one yesterday, as it’s still under guarantee. I configurarse it and seemed alright but this morning, all of a sudden, the screen literally stopped showing anything. I can synchronise it but it doesn’t show me the time, heart beat rate or anything. I feel really wound up by Fitbit. Where is the hidden camera? Is this a joke?

Same here! I ended up purchasing a new one yesterday as well, and today I’ve got nothing. It would have been the right thing for Fitbit to notify its app users that the problem is on their end, but apparently they make enough money off of all of us that they don’t feel the need to do so. And as we near the end of a second day without service, they still haven’t given any indication of what’s going on.

It's on their end? All I have is the logo blinking. I'm really upset. I take great care of mine and I know there isn't anything wrong with it.
