Versa 3 | screen turned black, sensors stopped working

My Versa 3 suddenly just stopped working after its battery got drained. It bumped me out; I was enjoying my fitness watch until it stopped working for no reason; I didn't drop it or do anything wrong. I tried charging it multiple times, cleaning the connection port of the charger, and watch with rubbing alcohol but no luck. I contacted the Fitbit customer care service, and they just gave me a 35% discount code if I buy another watch within 30 days of receiving the code. I insisted I wanted to get my watch repaired instead of just throwing it out like a piece of garbage, and the response I received was, "Fitbit doesn't have repair centers".
I am disappointed with Fitbit and its after-sales services. The device stopped working in a year and a couple of months.
No after-sales services, no solution for watch defects !! I am not sure how they expect customers to ignore these faults, accept their discount codes, and dump more money into their products !! It's just unbelievable!

Hi @sharma.j2903  - if you have a Versa 3, it may simply need charging and the charge cable is faulty -  see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Thank you so much for your response, I did that. I even bought a new charger just to be sure but no luck 😞

@sharma.j2903  - are you sure the charge cable is not broken or the contacts are dirty?

@sharma.j2903- inspect the 4 pins of the charge cable, one pin often fails, isn't like the others.

couldn't agree more !! The Fitbit I purchased earlier worked like a charm for more than 4 years, gave me no grief. But the versa 3 first gave me skin rashes and then just died !!
