Versa 3 screen went black

My screen went black. Ive tried holding the power button to reset it a few times but that's not working it wont charge either it had 20% battery left when it went blank

This happened to me today too. I’ve had it for years and never had this problem.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding the situation with your devices. 

Please, try to sync the device with the Fitbit app as you usually do. If there is some difficulty to sync, please see: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

In addition, change the clock face as indicated in this help article: How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?

Besides that please perform a restart following the steps listed here.

None of this works it will not turn on or charge. Ive held the power button to reset it that does not work either

Ditto. Nothing. Won’t charge. Won’t turn on. Worked perfectly until today.
