Versa 3 screen went blank

I have a Versa 3 that’s about a year and a half old, and during the middle of a workout today it went black. I tried to restart it but it didn’t light up, so I figured it died. I bought a new Versa 3, forgot the old device, and tried to set up the new one, but now that one is also all black. Both will vibrate when I hold the power button, but nothing comes on screen. I have to think I didn’t something but I can’t figure out why the new one is doing the same thing as the old.

Please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @khardison13 - it could be they don't have enough energy to start, the charge cable may be faulty - see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen 

 

It it's not that take the new watch back for a refund and get a replacement new one.
