Versa 3 screen went blank

I went to the park I had on my watch it was fine I have my sauna jacket on and sweat come down my arm. My watch is wet but I have worked out and sweated before no problem. But today my watch screen is black. I can see my summary in the app but nothing on my screen. Had this ever happened to anyone?

Hi there, @FITQJ. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

As @NellyG has recommended, please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @FITQJ That doesn't sound good. Try restarting it and also try installing a different clock face from the app. If neither of those work then contact Fitbit Support

Thanks for the advice, neither of the options worked so I just call support and I was eligible for a replacement.

Not sure why it won't show my screen but everything else works on it in my app.

But I'll be back to recording my weight loss journey in no time.
