My versa turned black and then stays lit in a position with 4 apps and can't turn off the display or change anything. It is not synching... What to do?

Hi there, @marilin60. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3.
As @Guy_ has suggested, please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @marilin60 - if you can try and restart it by holding the button till it blanks and it vibrates and the logo appears.
