Hi,
Yesterday my watch (Versa 3 - bought January 2022) stopped working, I thought it must be the battery, which was strange in itself, as I had only charged it 2 days previously. Once I got home I popped it onto charge, but other than incessantly buzzing, whilst connected still wouldn't come on. I did a factory reset, and now I have white fuzzy lines across the screen. I searched the help sections and saw a post recommending putting the clock face back to the original, which I have tried to do, but it says it cannot connect to Fitbit.
Any other suggestions please? I am almost at a year of having it, so if I need to get a replacement, I would need to do that very soon.

Hi @Toxshock - it is not a good sign when something like that happens unexpectedly.
However if you managed to do a factory reset you will need to delete/forget/unpair the Bluetooth entries for the watch and in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, then "+ Set up a Device" to get it connected again.
But first make a note of the names and settings of any special clock faces or apps you use, in the Gallery tile,

On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This triggers the 2-button hardware reboot after about eight seconds. - When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, then continue holding the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration.
