Versa 3 screen won't respond

Screen is working but cannot scroll to factory reset. Side button won't allow reset either. Any suggestions

Hi @Cable72 - in case it's just a temporary thing try a watch restart - How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

Also consider changing the clock face if it continues. How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
