Versa 3 screen won't show anything else but the time

Won’t show any data. Only current time.  Will scroll over, but screens are black with various colored circles. This happened after the latest update

Hi there, @Sbd65. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3 and the image attached. 

Pease check if your Versa 3 is not set on "Always-On" as this feature will only show you the time on the main screen all the time, unless you press the button of your watch to see other features and stats. If Always-On is enable, to exit this mode, turn your wrist toward you, press the button, or double-tap the display. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?

If the above doesn't help, please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @Sbd65 - if the restart doesn't help, it may need a factory reset, it would seem the update didn't work properly.

For help with that you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
