Hi there, @Lizparris. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hope that helps.

Hi, you may be in Always On mode. press the button or double tap the screen and see if the touchscreen then works.

If so, when it's working go to the Quick Settings, Swipe the watch face to the right.

There disable the Always On, Sleep and Do not disturb icons and enable wrist wake icon.

I’ve switched clock faces and restarted my Fitbit versa 3 multiple

times and I still can’t swipe. I can’t figure out what’s happening

Hi @Fubbybubby - You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support and they can take you through a factory reset which may well fix it if the watch is working normally otherwise.

In the Fitbit App Gallery tile make a note of the names of any clocks or apps you currently use first, so they can be reinstalled easily if necessary.
