So, yesterday my versa 3 was stuck on the Fitbit logo and kept vibrating. I kept restarting it by holding the button on the left down until it went black and the logo returned. After many times, it worked but now my screen won’t swipe up/down or left/right so I can’t use anything on the watch. Any other ways to fix this?

Hello @Robinjillgreene
Since multiple attempts of restarting the Versa 3 has failed maybe changing the clock face will work. You can change it through the Fitbit App. https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm I’d try changing it back to the original or preferably another clock face made by Fitbit.
😃 Let me know if this gives you a solution

I had the same issue. Couldn't do anything with it. It shut down half way thru my swim Friday. Let the battery run down ,charged it up . Came up with clock face and nothing else couldn't change screen. It does sync so I changed the clock face and no difference. Looks like for me its bye bye fitbit as this is my fourth and on average they last 18 months. Hope you have better luck with yours.
Just going to see if I can do a factory reset with no screen access.

I had tried that as well to no avail. The watch has completely died since then. I am getting a replacement which I imagine is refurbished.
