When I press my settings button, it resets the watch. I have tried resetting it, disconnecting it, and deleting the app. It won't connect at all to my app now and I can't factory reset it because I can't access the settings. Is there any fix or is it wearable trash now?

Hi @SunsetRunner - you can reset the watch and probably best to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, they can guide you through the process and setup again.
At this point it is a good idea to first note the names of any special clocks or apps you use for easier reinstalling if necessary.
