My versa 3 would not respond to screen swipes. I could not get to factory reset under settings so I tried to restart my watch following your instructions. I did this numerous times and the last time the screen went blank and then later when I pushed the button the screen asked me to download the fitbit app.
QUESTION: Has my watch been factory reset at this time?

Thank you for sharing with us the situation you are having with your Versa 3 and for the steps you already tried.
According to the message you see in the display of your Versa 3, it's possible that the factory reset you tried was successful. I suggest trying to set it up as a new device. Also, please check if you can update the version of the Fitbit app you have.
