Versa 3 showing : ‘download the app to start’

Im having a problem with my versa 3 right now. Versa 3 is not responding and only showing to ‘download the app to start’. Bluetooth Connection is not responding so my versa is also not responding. 

Can somebody tell me what to do next?

Hi there @liekeh, welcome back to the Community.

Thanks a lot for the explanation provided in your post. This is something that used to happen after performing a factory reset or when the device is brand new. Basically your Versa 3 needs to be set up to your account. 

To do so, the very first step is to make sure you have the latest app version available. You can check that out through your official app provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). If that is the case, you just have to follow the steps described here.
