Versa 3 showing no device saved

My versa connects to my phone via the app but when I check the versa itself( manage devices) it says no device saved and when I do a scan it says no device found. Wtf?

Hello @MeagD89 and welcome to the Community.  I think the path you are following is the path to connect devices like Bluetooth headphones or speakers.  Can you please explain what you are trying to do?

I actually noticed the issue when I was connecting to my phone again. My versa doesn’t always stay connected to my XR so I was checking to see if it was which device had the issue, found out it was due to other devices trying to connect. So now I just keep my phones on full time and then only turn it on for the other devices as needed for my speaker or headphones. I don’t use my Fitbit for calls or music
