Versa 3 shows "Set up your Wallet" before showing time or other information that I actually want.

I get this at least half of the time I look at my Fitbit to check my steps or check the time.  How do I remove this ?

Hi there, @MikeFinger. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the inconvenience with your Versa 3 as well for the image attached. 

Usually that screen will appear when opening the wallet app on your watch by either tapping on it or with left button to access to the shortcuts. While it's not possible to delete the wallet app, please give a try to the following steps to reconnect your watch to your account:

  1. Remove the Versa 3 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Restart your watch.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select the Versa 3 and follow the onscreen instructions.

Additionally, please keep in mind that you can replace the Wallet App shortcut for any other option. To do so, on your Versa 3 swipe to Settings, tap, then swipe to shortcuts. It is here where you can configure what a single and double tap of the button will open. Replace the Wallet App for some other function.

@MarreFitbit  The watch isn’t stuck on the “set up wallet”.  It just shows up first half of the time and I have to push the button to clear it and get to the clock.  So far this device has 2 annoying issues.  I’m thinking I made a mistake buying it. I don’t really want any shortcuts on my screen, just time and steps etc.
