Never seen this. Did you try to connect to your PC with USB and then press the button and hold till it reboots ?

If this happens again, then go to Versa Menu and try factory reset.

Please note that this could happen for several reasons. In most cases, it's because the device was forced to disconnect from the account or a factory reset was performed unnecessarily. We have some steps that can help in cases like this one!

Let's start by setting up your device once again. You will need to make sure the app is up to date before performing the setup. Go to the top left corner of the app and press on the "Add more devices" option. From the list of devices, select yours. If the device is still set up, you will get a message to replace it with a new one; press on it to continue and follow the on-screen instructions.
