I the place to edit the silent alarms on the Fitbit app or dashboard.
I've read the help instructions but silent alarm just isn't there as an option.
There is a random alarm going off at 7.03 every morning. It doesn't show on my watch and I can't find any settings on the app or dashboard to remove it. So there is no way to turn it off. Can anyone help as it's quite annoying being woken up that early when I don't need to be!

Hi @saladbomb - no doubt you have restarted the watch and it continues.
When the Alarm does go off is it showing the Alarm app [try with a manual alarm to see if you get the same result]
If you use Alexa or Google Assistant it could be coming from them, no harm asking them.
For Alexa there may be 3 dots in the clock image, one of which can show alarms.

@saladbomb- you may have had the alarms in the app for older trackers but as they can now be set on the watch they thought there isn't any need for them in the app for a Versa 3.

Alarm still going off at 7 this morning.
I tried tapping on the alarm on my watch to get to the settings but it would only allow me to dismiss it.
What next?

@saladbomb - thanks, have you already tried to logout everywhere, clear the storage cache and force stop it on the phone and close anywhere else.
On the watch set an alarm and remove it and any others.
Restart both watch and phone only, sync and see tomorrow if it is cleared.
Then we go on to the next option.
