At least two times per week, my versa 3 sleep tracker says I’ve fallen asleep 2-3 hours after I’ve laid my head on the pillow. I am one who falls asleep pretty quickly, and I know I am not tossing and turning for 2-3 hours. I’ve restarted the device and have put it on normal, not sensitive, mode. I am so frustrated; is there no fix or explanation?

You might want to give a try to the sensitive mode. For instructions on how to change the sleep settings please visit this article and open the menu "What's the difference between the normal and sensitive sleep setting?".
