Versa 3 smartwatch keeps falling off the straps

My 18 month old Versa 3 has started falling off the straps. I bought a new strap but that has the same problem too. Seems like the latch in the watch body is broken. Any way to fix this? Else I am looking at buying this armor strap

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa 3. As long as you're using genuine Fitbit bands with your device this shouldn't happen.
Using third party bands that are meant to attach to your device's clasp, however, is always risky as you don't know how strict manufacturers keep in required tolerances for Fitbit's attachment mechanism.

What I always like to recommend is Spigen's Rugged Armor Pro:
