So my versa 3 doesn’t count floors — like so many others. How do I get Fitbit to replace their faulty product? Or what have people done instead?

Hi @sarah.amber - try the SimpleFloors app first. This is assuming you already Shutdown the watch and restarted it to make sure you have a good working copy of the operating system.
The App shows how your watch is affected by environmental issues such as, going room to room, upstairs/downstairs, inside to outside, changes in temperature, etc.and whether the pressure sensor is working properly.
If it is not registering pressure changes the sensor hole could be blocked or there is a watch fault.
This app is meant for checking purposes as it uses the battery a lot, but at least it will give you an idea if your watch is fine [most likely] and to confirm waiting for a firmware update to fix it.
