Do fit bit do a strap that expands with your wrist as you are doing exercise.  I have mine loose.  But gets tighter when I lift weights.

Hello @Tiger419 and welcome to the Community.  The Fitbit Store doesn't show an elastic type band that will meet your needs.  There is a hook and loop band, but I don't think it is elastic.  Check a site like Amazon for a third party band.
