Versa 3 started overheating and lost all charge in less than 6 hours

Yesterday my versa 3 started overheating and then it lost all of it's charge in a few hours. Was hoping that it was a fluke. Charged it to 100% and it completely depleted it's charge in less than 6 hours. Please help. I have only had this watch for less than 6 months

Hi @Traumanurse - it may have got water in it. If it is overheating there is probably internal damage and it can be dangerous to charge it or wear it in case it burns you..

As it's still under warranty take it back to the shop for replacement with a new one [as they cannot be repaired]
