Hi,
I just received a Versa 3 and started using it to track my runs. When I look at the map, it only shows the route I followed starting from the 1st kilometer. Although the total distance seems correct, I would like to have the detail of the 1st kilometer. Any idea of why it is not showing, and how to enable to show info/map from the start and not only from the 1st kilometer?
Since I also export the activity to Strava, the information of the 1st kilometer is missing there as well.
Thanks!

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Community forum. I have two questions. First, are you making sure that the GPS has connected (your Versa 3 will vibrate) before you start your run using the Exercise app? Second, the Versa 3 has a Run Detect feature. If you start running without using the Exercise app, your Versa 3 will vibrate, let you know that it senses a run, then ask if you want to use the GPS and the Exercise app. Are you using this feature? Both of these scenarios will only give you a map from the point where the GPS connects.
It can take several minutes for the GPS to connect.

One more thought about the distance. your tracker will use steps times stride to determine distance when a GPS lock has not been made
