Versa 3 stays on Fitbit logo, reset doesn't work

My one year and a few days old Fitbit Versa 3 stopped working totally.

The only thing that works is the fitbit logo on the screen. Battery is charged, reset has been tried... nothing works! Is there any help available?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Wijbricht. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 stays on Fitbit logo and thank you for letting us know that reset has been tried. 

I understand how frustrating this could be and would recommend syncing your device with the instructions of help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hi Andrea, thanks for the instructions. Sorry, i've tried several times, but the screen keeps on the Fitbit logo. Nothing happens...My first Fitbit device also stopped working after less then a year... I'm very dissapointed again... How can we solve this issue Andrea?

Hi @Wijbricht. Thanks for getting back to us and for following troubleshooting steps. 

I understand how frustrating this could be and please try setting up your Versa 3 again:

  1. Tap the Today tab >  Then tap Devices .
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Mine is doing the same thing. I haven't found a solution yet. It won't connect to anything and just stays on the logo screen as well. I'm hoping it hasn't died but I have a feeling it has.

Have you tried connecting your device again with the instructions I sent on my previous post?
