Versa 3 still not connecting and drains battery

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

This is the 2nd day that my versa is acting up. Battery will be at 100 before I leave home and dead in the 1 hour I've arrived to my destination.

I've checked for updates, errors and nothing.

Hi @RenNay  - there seems to be a fault with the watch, like it may have got wet.

But first try a sync and then Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.

Make sure it is not getting hot while charging, and if so stop, it would confirm an internal fault.

When fully charged swipe the watch face to the right to verify the battery is 100%.

Check your journey is not recorded as an activity using GPS.

Change to another clock face and then see if it lasts.

If it is still a problem I suggest a chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo Help & support, Contact Customer. They can assist you with a factory reset.

It is a good idea to make a note of any clocks or apps and any special watch or app settings you use before the reset or replacement if necessary.

Thanks for your answer.

It wasn't immersed in water but it does have some water capacity to it.

And as is right now, it's not even charging anymore. 😒

Looks like I need another one.

I appreciate the response!
