My Versa 3 is now not registering my heart rate or steps on the screen. Next to steps it says denied, and next to the heart rate it shows 3 question marks. It uploads the data to my phone when I connect, but it just won’t show on my screen during the day. How do I fix this? Watch is <1 yr old and up to date on software updates.

Try switching to a different clock face, preferable one "by Fitibit". Some 3rd party clock faces don't always keep up with changes required by Fitbit.
