Hi everyone.
I'm glad to announce that this issue has been resolved and you should start getting your skin temperature data correctly. If you haven't done so, please make sure to sync your Versa 3 with the Fitbit app to update your details. I appreciate your feedback and patience, and we'll keep working to make Fitbit more useful for you.
If you have a different question, I'd encourage to start a new thread and share as many details as you can to receive help from the Community.

Interestingly, new app update yesterday, no skin temp for mine.
Will monitor if they have created a new issue.

I had been getting all data previously. For last night suddenly, there is no temp data though? I find it strange all other data came in just not skin temp. Idk. I don't ser much point in even inquiring at this point, given my experience with CS.

Hi @Queen_Suggie - this seems like a general fault affecting many people currently. When it says no data it doesn't always mean that the watch didn't detect data but more the server at Fitbit didn't calculate it for presentation.
All you can do is wait for the service to be fixed.

The same for me for 3 nights, my watch has not recorded a temperature, it must be a problem with the Fitbit servers

They do this from time to time with readings. It was SpO at one time. They had to do a fox before it was up again. I hope they fix soon.

Today neither my temp nor o2 registered. I'm glad is isn't me or my watch; as it's actually new and I just switched the band so honestly I wasn't sure but if something may be wrong with my device, but hearing your replies I see it's a software like issue. I had charge 5 but recently upgraded to versa 3. Thanks for the replies anyway ya'll!

No skin temperature data for me either but mine has not given data for 3 days (since 3-21 - today is the 24th). Thanks for posting this question and thanks everyone for the replies.😎 I guess it’s just a waiting game for now. 🤷🏻:male_sign:

I have the same issue: Versa 3 stopped displaying skin temperature 2 nights ago. The usual quit-app/restarts did not help. Hopefully, with so many reporting this problem, Fitbit support will weigh in on when this may be fixed.
