Versa 3 stopped recording skin temperature

The last two nights didn’t take my skin temperature and it usually does. Fixes?

The data are not appearing on either tile (Health Metrics nor Temperature).

 

The other Health Metrics data appear, though, in my case, the Breathing Rate seemed off for last night (way too high).

 

The app and device seem to sync correctly. 

im using an iPhone 12 mini running ver. 15.3.1. 

The Fitbit app is up to date.

Thanks for taking the time to share these details with us, and the steps tried prior to posting. I understand your point of view and I'm sorry you're having this experience with your Versa 3. To investigate what may be occurring, please let me know the following details:

  • Is your data not appearing on the Temperature tile? Or is the issue with the Health Metrics tile?
  • Are you getting the rest of your Health Metrics data correctly?
  • Is your Versa 3 syncing correctly?
  • May I know the model and OS version of your phone?
  • Do you have the Fitbit app updated?

It’s the Health Metrics Tile. I’m not sure where to find the Temperature tile. I’m getting the rest of the data yes including SPO2. As far as I know it is synching correctly. My phone is an iPhone 8, software version 15.3.1

No data on both temperature tile and the skin temperature health metrics. Has suddenly stopped recording from 21 March till now. All other metrics are working including Sp02 which is still lagging by one day on the health metrics despite reporting this fault for many months by many users too.

Same thing is happening with the Sense.  There are a couple of threads on the Sense page with the same issue of no skin temperature readings for the night of 3/22 and 3/23.

Thank you that would be appreciated. Also notice SPO2 is always inconsistent too. I often have to go into the application and turn ON/OFF permissions then it right next day. However this happens constantly so not sure if related.

I now have 2 of the health metrics not working.

 

Breathing rate has never worked, and all FitBit have done is say it's a known issue. Lets see if this becomes a 'Known Issue' that also never gets fixed.

 

Bought into the FitBit ecosystem as I figured it would be better from a software and support side than cheaper Chinese trackers........live and learn.

I bought my versa 3 in December and it has tracked temps every night until this week. No temps were recorded Monday and Tuesday, then I did get a temp reading on Wednesday, then none again on Thursday or Friday (today). Hoping this issue gets resolved quickly.

Mine  too quit working for 2 nights (Thurs & Fri) but was back today. I just got my versa

3 a week ago today so it being so new I was afraid it was my device, I was somewhat relieved to find out it was a glitch on the software so to speak and not my new device.

Hi! My fitbit has been tracking everything no issue excluding temperature. I've worn it 5 nights at this point. I've read most of the posts on here to no avail. I've seen some say you have to manually log temp and others say just had to wait 3 nights, so I'm not sure
