My Fitbit is no longer giving me a readiness score? It’s been almost a week. I wear my watch all the time. I only take it off to charge it. I sleep in it every night. I get a sleep score.

This was my exact problem too. Thank God I can read, because I read all those instructions they just replied to you with and I tried all those things. It is 12/05 today, and my last reading was 11/23. It tracks my workouts just fine, it tracks my steps just fine. I don't understand and it's stupidly frustrating because I have to track my sleep for health reasons.
There seems to be no actual fix to this, and I really don't want a different brand watch as I've become used to and love the simplicity of Fitbit. But I'm wondering if I should change over soon..

I’m now having this issue as well with my Charge 5. Was getting plenty of readiness scores, now it just says “get started”. This is one of the few features that I subscribe to premium for, if it isn’t available, not sure I want to.

Hi
I am same as you and wear mine all the time and today the same happened, no readiness score, also no sleep score (even though set correctly). I am also a premium member and have been for years.
I would like to know why this is happening?

Your help obviously did not help
I have the same issue - no sleep score and no readiness score. Been a Fitbit user for over 4 years and a premium member for over 3 years. If you don't have a fix just say so! Please don't waste our time reciting how to wear the watch and making sure it contacts the skin correctly.

Same here super irritated. Even the line that says readiness score disappeared

I had this happen to me also with my Charge 5. I fixed it by launching the app and tapping edit and deleting the readiness score section and readding it to my dashboard. It reset and indicated that i needed to wear my fitbit to gather information, the following day i synced and it generated a score. Hope this helps.
