Versa 3 stopped showing my heart rate

Brand new Versa 3 heart rate not showing. I’ve looked into all settings and can’t find anything that will change it. Just shows 2 lines. Watch is brand new. Anyone had this before??

Hi there, @Davek115. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. 

 

While reading your post I was wondering if your watch is fairly new? Did you just get it? If the answer is yes, please give the heart rate a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet. Thanks for your reply. Yes watch is brand new only a day old. I will keep an eye on it for a few days. It shows heart rate intermittently then goes off. I’ll see what happens after a few more days.

Hi there, I've been experiencing the same issue with my versa 3, but I've got it last Saturday and still not showing the heart rate at all, and I've been using it every day. I've tried checking the settings but there's no option to turn on the heart rate, just the one that notifies you when the hear rate is too high or low, and I turned those on already, I don't know what's going on.
