Versa 3 stopped syncing to my Samsung

My versa 3 isn't syncing to my Samsung, and  I cant even power off my fitbit to try and restart it its stuck on the purple music screen 🤷‍:female_sign:

Hi @Jmmeyer  - Swipe the left edge of the screen to the right if you can't use the button. The button has quite a knack. Also putting it on charge should make the screen change.

If you can't get out of music because the watch is frozen and the button doesn't work, let it go flat, it will sort of shutdown and restart when you charge it.

If you can try a full Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.

But more importantly to resolve your syncing issue begin with a phone restart.
