Versa 3 stopped tracking distance outside logged activities.

Hi. My Versa 3 has stopped tracking distance outside of logged activities. I noticed this around the 11/8/24. I don't know if this is a fault, due to an update or related to a change to settings. Any help or advice would be great. Many thanks

Hello @BernSte and welcome to the Community.  It looks like there is a bug with the automatic stride length.  Please try turning it off by doing the following: tap on your profile picture/gear icon > Exercise > Stride length > toggle it off.  Fitbit is aware of the problem, but the time frame for a fix isn't available.
