I’ve had my Versa 3 for just over a year and it has all been working fine except that it stopped tracking my skin temperature in November and I haven’t been able to get it to work since then. I am a premium member and all other health metrics are tracking fine - just no temperature data. I’ve updated the app and my Versa 3 is up to date. Any ideas?

Factors that may cause skin temperature to vary nightly include changes in room temperature, bedding, circadian rhythm, menstrual cycle, or the potential onset of fever.
Note: Significant changes in ambient temperature may negatively impact skin temperature tracking. For more information see, How can Fitbit help me track my temperature?
