Versa 3 stopped tracking my data after moving to another country

I bought Versa 3 in Australia and am now living in Portugal.  I have Samsung S22 Ultra. I have changed my Google's location to Portugal and it not tracking my activities correctly.

Hi @JSCU - in the Fitbit App, App settings try toggle off/on the automatic time zone and sync.

 

if that doesn't help, turn off the automatic time zone and location, set the time zone manually and sync.

 

If necessary restart the watch and logout of the Fitbit App  and restart the phone and make sure the phone is correctly set up, then sync again a few times.
