Versa 3 stopped tracking my distance

For some reason my Versa 3 has stopped tracking my daily distance, unless I specifically activate an activity (run, bike ride etc.). It seems to count my steps, heart rate, and everything else but the actual distance in miles. Anyone else having this problem? Any ideas on how to fix it?

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 is not tracking your distance unless you activate an exercise manually. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you, may I know if you're an iOS or an Android user? Have you noticed if the distance doesn't appear after syncing? If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 3.
