Mid April my Versa3 stopped calculating my floors climbed. So frustrating!

Hi @Lucy84 - have you tried restarting your watch by syncing the watch and then in the watch Settings menu and doing Shutdown.
Wait at least 10 seconds before you restart the watch by button hold a few seconds or placing on charge.
To check it's not a clock face or app problem, swipe the watch face to the left and tap the Today app and see if it shows floors after you have done some. Holding the banisters may also stop it recording floors.
Also if that doesn't work check the cleaning to make sure the tiny holes are not blocked. It is very delicate and poking around can damage the sensor.
If the watch is under warranty it can be replaced if a factory reset doesn't help.
You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for help with that.
