Versa 3 stopped tracking my floors

Since the 5/8/24 update my Versa3 no longer registers my floors. What's up with this? 🤔🤔🤔

Hi @VeeHun - to check if this is a watch or Fitbit App problem, swipe the watch face left and select the Today app.

If floors are showing correctly then there is an issue with the version of Fitbit App that may also be related to syncing.

That is not the issue. I have tried all of that. Floors don't show anywhere
in the app or device. Plus the side button also stopped working. After my 6
Mile Walk Sunday the elevation showed 0ft.
Usually earn 30+ Floors on this trail.
Plus I live in a 2 story home
No Floors displaying.

@VeeHun - your watch may have developed a fault if it has started behaving strangely with multiple issues.

If it is merely a software issue a factory reset (not without risk) and new setup may resolve it.

If it doesn't and the watch is still under warranty it can be replaced.

Thanks for your response. No longer under warranty purchase in 2022.
My issue is this didn't happen until after the May 8th update 🙃
Guess I will deal with it until I decide what my next device will be.
Definitely not Fitbit. Disappointed since goggle took over 😕
