I did a factory reset on my watch because it all of a sudden was not working. Its back with the exception of my heartrate, any suggestions on how I activate it on my watch? Thanks for the help

Hi @YvW - generally when a watch starts acting strangely it may have some damage if it is not just a software issue.

The only thing you can do is another factory reset and keep the default watch face and then if HR is still not working it confirms a hardware fault.

Most likely water has got in and it should also behave odd in other ways, like battery not lasting or getting hot when charging and if so stop immediately.

Thanks for the reply, I've done 2 factory resets and at the moment the
heart rate stays at 89 even when not on the wrist and no lights on the back
at all, I even cleaned the backing with water and a toothbrush and no
change, so I'm thinking, as you mentioned, water got into it somehow.

Thanks again for your reply, it was most helpful.

Have a great day and keep smiling 🙂
