I went to bed with 51% battery and woke up to my versa 3 in low battery zone. After charging the time corrected but now it doesn’t track my sleep nor will it track my heart rate meaning it will not break down my work out into fat burn etc. this is very disappointing. What should I do?

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from.
As a first approach, I'd recommend trying the following steps to make sure your heart rate is working:
Also, for more detailed information, see: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?. Keep in mind that AZM are also calculated by your heart rate.
On the other hand, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:
Hope this helps.

My issue is that I had received an email from the Fitbit after an extensive conversation twice once the representative was very rude the second representative was extremely knowledgeable and sent me to their technical side their technical side said it was beyond their scope so now they want me to get a different one and out of warranty this is because they only give you a limited warranty and even with what they offered it still cost a considerable amount of money considering if it's something beyond their scope why can't they reach out to other people that can pick up from where they left off that's my problem with Fitbit and other people and companies that do the same in different ways yay Fitbit don't give up when it's out of your scope can you reach out don't give up this is all the

I have the same issue. Since Friday my versa 3 no longer tracks sleep, nor does it log my stress Management Score.
The fix suggested is taken straight from help docs and does not remedy the issue.
Solutions like: Cleaning Fitbit, hard reboot, and uninstalling App also do not resolve it.
Can someone please respond with a useful and targeted suggestion. It appears to be a bug, not a user error.

Also, fix above for switching off heart rate could never work. See response from @MarreFitbit here on another post where they state versa 3 can not have heart rate turned off:
