Need help, have restarted my watch and done a factory reset. The green lights won't come on for last week, no apparent reason. So won't read my heart rate or sleep info. What else can I do to fix this. Software is all up to date.

Mine is doing the same thing…. Just the last couple of days!!! Not holding a charge either.
