Versa 3 stopped tracking my heart rate

My heart rate on my versa 3 stopped working Tuesday.  I haven't had a reading since.  I realized yesterday that I also have no lights on the back of the watch itself.  I have looked up many things that say go to the settings on the Versa itself and make sure the heart rate is on but when I do that I do not have a heart rate option.  Please help...

Hi @Heidi8020 - there is no option for heart rate on a Versa 3, instead try syncing and a Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.

If the lights don't come back on, chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, they may take you through a factory reset.
