My versa 3 heart rate monitor suddenly stopped working today. The green light on the back isn't coming on anymore. I've seen it suggested to turn the heart rate off then back on but I don't see "heart rate" under settings. I've tried restarting and resetting the watch and un-installed and re-installed my app on my Samsung.

Hi @ValB90 - the ability to turn heart rate off/on in settings doesn't exist for this watch.
A sudden change often means some form of damage, possibly from moisture getting in.
Generally there are other symptoms such as short battery life or overheating while charging and if so stop immediately.
Suggest fully charging the watch, syncing it and then do a full Shutdown from the watch Settings menu.
Wait at least 10 seconds before you restart it by holding the button a few seconds, it will vibrate and the logo appears, if not place on charge again.
Failing that you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support who can take you through a factory reset, there is a slim chance it may help.
Else if the watch is still under warranty it can be replaced.
