Versa 3 stopped tracking my heart rate

My Versa 3 has stopped recording my heart rate. The lights on the back of the device have ceased to function. It ceased during the night whilst I was asleep. It also ceased to record sleep tracking, with it showing as ended at 3.16 am (UK time). The device is working otherwise and recorded the steps for a walk this morning (the morning following it ceasing to record heart rate). I have tried a factory reset but it has not resolved the issue. Any advice appreciated.

No help to offer.  I am having the same issue w/versa 3.  Both functions stopped working in July.   I have uninstalled and re installed the app.  I have done a hard factory reset.  Someone suggested turning the heart rate function off, then on, in settings.  That option doesn't even exist in my settings.  Sadly, I think the Versa 3 might be obsolete 1.   It's frustrating.
