Versa 3 stopped tracking my sleep and won't notify me about my notifications

My versa 3 no longer logs any sleep and no longer alerts me if I have a text. I have reset phone, logged out, removed and then updated app and tried reset. Nothing works?

@Itdontwork Welcome on board! To better assist you, can you please provide more details about the issues you're having with your Versa 3?

Not sure whether it was connected with latest iOS update. I changed message settings - go to settings, notifications and change “show previews” to only when unlocked or always. You also need to go to settings, messages and change “show previews” to only when unlocked or always - mine had changed to never.

 

Seep info was back this morning.
