To be clear, are you saying you have been wearing your Versa 3 and it has not recorded any steps for 4 or 5 days, and the battery is not dead? Is it recording heart rate? 0 steps, 0 steps, 0 floors?

That sounds like it is tracking, but not syncing to phone. On phone app, tap profile pic near top left, then Versa 3. Right at top, it should tell last time it synced.

So your Fitbit has not synced to your phone and the Fitbit database since then.
See Why won't my Fitbit device sync? for steps to remedy that.

Hi there, @Slimbonn4. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.
As @JohnnyRow has pointed out, it seems like the Versa 3 hasn't synced and therefore, no data can be showed up on your Fitbit app. Please follow the troubleshooting steps provided in the help article that @JohnnyRow has shared with you in the post above.
If the issue persists, may I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.
In addition to the steps you might have tried so far, please try the following:
1. Remove the Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Versa 3.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Versa 3.
Hope this helps.

My fitbit did something similar. I woke up yesterday and the fitbit did not track my sleep, no HR, wont log the steps per hour. But it does--it's like it won't sync with the dashboard on my phone, although if I open each up, there is my sleep data, there are my total number of steps (but it's not recognizing the per hour steps), no rediness score, no health metrics. I thought it might be related to the now missing clock face, so loaded another clock face. This also does not work properly.I've done all the above suggested actions.
