I have had the Versa 3 for a couple of months now. It worked fine then suddenly it was having issues picking my sleep pattern. It has reached the stage where it is now only picking up towards 2hrs of sleep - the latest being 7am to 9am.
I have tried what has been recommended here including a factory reset of the versa 3 and fresh install of the fitbit app. What the hell is going on? I enjoy the watch but I will send it back for a refund if this carries on

I have not received any help regarding this despote customer support telling me this would be escalated. I also don't like how I was tricked into selecting your response as best answer when I was trying to untick that box.
