To better assist you, would you mind giving us more details of the issue? Is your Fitbit device not turning on, charging, or syncing? I'd like to confirm whether you tried a restart or a factory reset. Important: Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc. 

Did you try any troubleshooting steps so far?
